Concept
Rick, a 30-year-old European man, trudges through a painfully ordinary existence—days devoured by work, commutes that blur into oblivion, and nights drowned in streaming shows with a couple of glasses of whisky as his only companions. But his dull routine fractures when eerie glitches—unsettling, inexplicable disruptions—begin to haunt him. As these anomalies pile up, Rick's grip on reality slips, igniting a gnawing question: What if none of this is real? Spurred by dread and a flicker of defiance, he plunges into a relentless quest for the truth—a journey that will dismantle his world and reshape him forever.

Intent Statement
Our mission with Rick's Reality is to forge a transformative IP that redefines entertainment, launching as a multi-season animated series with boundless potential for growth. At its heart is Rick, an everyday character whose story—grappling with routine monotony, societal expectations, and the search for purpose—reflects the lives of viewers everywhere. We aim to make Rick a mirror for all, ensuring his journey resonates universally while boldly confronting pressing societal issues like liberty, loneliness, and technology's pervasive influence. The series hinges on the simulation theory: Rick's reality is a constructed illusion, a revelation that propels him on a relentless quest to decode the what, why, and how of his existence. This central mystery will unravel slowly, episode by episode, fueling dozens of episodes across multiple seasons with a sustainable narrative. Our aim is however to ensure that each episode can be watched independently, that the plot surrounding the simulation serves as a background plot: each episode will thus question cynically several burning societal issues. Beyond the screen, Rick's Reality is a living, interactive universe. Powered by cutting-edge AI, we deliver immersive community experiences: Rick as autonomous AI agent on social media (already available on X and Telegram), a Rick Generator for fans to create their own Ricks, a 3D AI-driven Rick model for real-time chats, and gamified adventures that dissolve the boundary between watcher and player. This world will extend into merchandise, letting fans own a piece of Rick's reality.By weaving AI-driven characters and NPCs into the fabric of the show, we create a cartoonish buffer from humanity, allowing us to explore complex topics without resistance, yet with profound emotional impact. Rick's Reality isn't just a series—it's a cultural force, designed to entertain, provoke, and inspire viewers to question their own realities. With a vision for multiple seasons and a thriving, engaged community, this is an IP built to endure and evolve. With Another Rick Story, our plan is to build the foundations of what we believe to be the future of cartoon production, and more broadly, of entertainment.
Characters

Mathilda Monroe
Mathilda Monroe is an investigative journalist of honesty and integrity. She is feared in the political world, as she is known to be incorruptible and hard to touch. She's secretly investigating the simulation and will be a great help to Rick, with whom a romance may be born.

Professor Jarck R. Korbin
Professor Korbin is a former academic, dissident and genius. His research has made an enormous contribution to quantum physics, and he has developed a general theory of simulation that is both philosophically and scientifically coherent. Today, disowned, his best company is a bottle of bad whisky at the bar.

Ziza
Ziza is a little girl whose parents are unknown. She always appears outside, happy and smiling, playing with her stuffed animals. She's the touch of naiveté and purity that Rick's universe needs, but didn't know about. She could stop wars with a simple smile.
And many many more...
